Technical Recruiter

Duties:
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific technical roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Qualifications:
- Entry level or fresh graduates with NO work experience as a Technical Recruiter are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
