Senior Project Manager PMO

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-stakes business and operational change projects across the organisation, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple functions, markets and external partners.

The role combines strong project delivery, commercial and financial management, stakeholder engagement and business change capability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, balancing competing priorities, resources, dependencies and timelines while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment. They will work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, including SLT and C-suite, providing clear updates, managing risks and escalations, and ensuring change activity aligns with business strategy and governance standards.

The role requires a business-focused project leader rather than a hands-on technology or engineering project manager.



While an understanding of technology dependencies and collaboration with technology teams is significant, the primary focus will be on business delivery, operational change, stakeholder management and successful implementation of outcomes.

Project & Business Change Delivery
- Lead and manage complex, multidisciplinary business and operational change projects across multiple functions, markets or geographies.
- Own projects end-to-end from initiation, scoping and business case development through planning, execution, implementation, business readiness and transition to BAU.
- Shape, scope and mobilise new initiatives, developing clear objectives, delivery approaches, timelines, resources and financial plans.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, resources and deliverables.
