JobScope:

TheEngineer - IBMS will be responsible for ensuring all IBMS, LV System, Access Control, Security control are workingas per requirement and the candidate will also be required to understand theconstructability of varying designs. Vendor coordination for BMS Infra.

JobResponsibilities:

Direct maintenance and repair of mission critical data centers.

AsIBMS Expert he will be responsible forthe operation and continuous innovation of our datacenter footprint.

Workto design resilient, cost-effective Security IBMS systems.

Monitoringguide to housekeeping team at all BMS Infra

IBMS Alarmmonitoring coordination with Inhouse Infra vendors to resolve theissue as per severity

Vendor /Preventive Maintenance coordination for all BMS Infra.

Analyzethe organization's environmental impact .

Follow commit with Yottas Policystatements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)

Undertake applicable training ascommunicated from time to time.

Understand the organizationsexpectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.





Participation in Risk assessmentprocess, contribute in achieving departmental management systemobjectives.

Adhere to confidentiality policy tosafeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients andpartners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Perform their duties in the event ofemergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.

Assist in maintaining PIMS controlsthroughout personal data lifecycle.

Good to HaveSkill:

Ability toresearch recent designs, technologies, and construction methods of data centerequipment and facilities.

Capable ofdefining critical equipment specifications and approving equipment submittals.

Performs and supervises technical maintenance workassociated with CCTV ACS IBMS system to a high standard.

Identifies and carries out corrective and repair programs onIBMS, CCTV ACS.
