Role & responsibilities
- To independently handle Tool & die design activities.
- Design of Recent Tool & Die Development work. (GDC & LPDC)
- Indenting for material required for Tool Mfg.
- To interact technically to CFT for tool & die design related activities.
- To coordinate with CFT members regarding the Tool & Die Design requirement.
- Timely submission of Tool & Die Design to in-house dept. / Vendor and Communication.
- Handling with concerned dept. for tool correction.
- Ensure accuracy and discipline in work.
- Ensure proper documentation of Tool Design activity as per IATF system & customer requirement.
- Having knowledge of APQP, Foundry Process, CNC / VMC Operations & Mfg. process.
- Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
