HR Executive – Job Description

About the Role

Agrinext Consultancy is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle joining, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement and internal HR activities.
- Address basic employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Assist in preparing offer letters,



appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Support performance evaluation and employee review processes.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement officers, and recruitment sources when required.
- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly communicated and followed.
- Assist management with general HR and administrative activities.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
