Job Summary

The Sales Manager East India will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for KramerAV's audio-visual and collaboration solutions across the East India region, covering West Bengal, Patna (Bihar), Jharkhand, Odisha and North East India. The ideal candidate has an established network of channel partners, system integrators and end customers across these markets, built over at least five years of working and living in the region, along with a solid track record of selling AV products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver sales targets for the East India region, covering West Bengal, Patna/Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and North East India.
- Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, identifying growth opportunities across enterprise, government, education and corporate segments in the territory.
- Build, manage and expand a network of channel partners, system integrators and dealers across the region to extend market reach.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through direct engagement with end customers,



consultants and partners across all territory states.
- Present and position KramerAV's audio-visual and collaboration solutions to technical and business decision-makers, tailoring proposals to customer requirements.
- Track and respond to relevant tenders, RFPs/RFQs and government procurement opportunities (including GeM) arising within the region.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and ensure timely collection in line with company credit and collection policies.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product and technical teams to develop solution proposals and support demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends across East India, and share market intelligence with leadership.
- Maintain regular travel across the assigned states to service key accounts, partners and emerging opportunities, particularly in North East India.
