We are looking for a motivated Jr. IT Administrator with around 1 year of experience to support our users, systems,

and IT infrastructure. The candidate should be passionate about troubleshooting, problem-solving, and learning

BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues.
- Support BIM applications such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Troubleshoot software, licensing, network, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, and DHCP tasks.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and user access.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.

Required Skills
- Around 6 Months - 2 year of experience in IT Support / System Administration.




- Good Windows troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for learning BIM software and technologies.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
