UX Associate Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Lead UX to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding the design and development of high-quality, user-centric digital experiences. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams, ensuring the successful integration of design and technology. You will set the direction for user experience strategies and mentor a growing team of UX engineers to deliver seamless and creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, journey mapping, and storyboarding to understand user needs and behaviour.
- Develop and implement information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.




- Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex user experience challenges.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and UX best practices are integrated into designs.
- Drive innovation by staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and decisions through presentations and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in User Experience Design for enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile UX principles and best practices.
- Advanced skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in building and managing design systems.
- Highly creative and inquisitive, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in interaction design and user interface building.
