YOUR ROLE

As our Periodontist & Clinical Treatment Coordinator, you will have two important responsibilities:





Clinical Excellence
- Diagnose and treat periodontal conditions
- Perform periodontal procedures within your area of expertise
- Manage gum and periodontal maintenance cases
- Support implant patients from a periodontal perspective
- Coordinate multidisciplinary cases with other doctors
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient care
- Ensure proper follow-up and maintenance protocols

Clinical Caretaking & Coordination
- Act as the clinical point of contact for the team when Dr. Gul is unavailable
- Coordinate daily clinical workflow with associate dentists and dental assistants
- Participate in daily clinical huddles
- Ensure treatment plans are properly understood and executed
- Coordinate clinical requirements between doctors, assistants, reception and laboratory
- Monitor pending clinical work and follow-ups
- Ensure patient photographs, records and reports are completed
