Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our Megamart store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in apparel retail, team management, customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive store sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock, inventory, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store standards.
- Track team performance, attendance, grooming, and productivity.
- Analyse sales reports and prepare action plans to achieve targets.




- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in apparel/fashion retail.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
- Good grooming, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail setting.
