Purpose of the Role

The Key Account Manager fosters robust relationships with key premium developers and ensures seamless acquisition, retention, and service delivery for high-value clients. This role requires a proactive approach to customer relationship management, sales and lead generation, service delivery coordination, and financial management. Responsibilities include organizing marketing initiatives, gathering market intelligence, and maintaining accurate data management

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
- Act as SPOC for key premium customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers and stakeholders
- Ensure effective execution of Personalized Journey Cycle (PJC)

Sales & Lead Generation
- Drive acquisition of ongoing and upcoming projects
- Conduct meetings with decision-makers and pitch AEML services
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals




- Support negotiations for infrastructure and service offerings
- Identify leads via MCGM, MBMC, SRA portals and site surveys

Service Delivery Coordination
- Ensure end-to-end service delivery and supply release
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines for timely execution

Marketing & Events
- Organize developer meets, seminars, and knowledge sessions
- Plan logistics and ensure effective execution
- Analyze feedback and implement improvements

Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities (network expansion, substations, engagements)
- Map data on GIS platforms
- Provide inputs for strategic and process improvements

Data Management & Compliance
- Maintain CRM updates and project tracking
- Ensure accurate PJC data and appointment closures
- Manage ISO documentation and compliance tracking

Financial Management
- Ensure billing efficiency and revenue collection
- Follow up for timely
