About the AI Digital Transformation Team

Ashoka University is establishing a central team focused on applying AI and digital tools to improve systems and processes across the university.

The team will work with multiple departmentssuch as admissions, outreach, academic administration,



and student servicesto identify opportunities where AI can help automate workflows, improve data use, and build simple internal tools that make university operations more effective.

Position Overview

The Senior Product Engineer AI Digital Transformation will lead the development of AI-enabled tools and systems that support university-wide initiatives.

The role involves identifying institutional problems, designing technology-enabled solutions, and building internal products that can be used across departments. The individual will also guide a small team of engineers and help establish best practices for building and deploying AI-powered solutions within the university.

1. AI Product Development: Design and build internal tools using AI and modern software platforms to improve institutional workflows.
