We are hiring for Process Specialist(Telecom Expense Management)- Hyderabad.

- Work Mode: Work from office
- Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
- Designation: Process Specialist .
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Shift : 24*5 (Daily 3 shifts) / Rotational Monday to Friday
- Notice Period: Looking for immediate to 30 days .

Role Purpose:

Manage daily operational coordination activities for GCID-CC, covering access management, vendor coordination, permit tracking, data center operations support, documentation management, and reporting across the 24x5 service window.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day GCID-CC project coordination tasks across assigned queues and regions.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, badge creation and access provisioning across AWS-owned DCs, colocations, Edge sites and ILA locations.
- Support access management and badging workflows covering background verification, onboarding, badge issuance,



and access activation.
- Coordinate with telecom vendors, data center security teams, colocation providers and AWS partner teams.
- Track task aging, SLA status, pending approvals, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain time tracking and reporting metrics based on completed tasks.
- Contribute weekly reports covering task completion, effort hours, outputs, deviations, risks and dependencies.
- Update SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure process compliance, quality assurance participation and high-quality delivery.
- Use approved tools and platforms only, such as Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, AWS tools, and COLO portals, as documented in the Work Order.

Required Skills:
- Telecom / fiber / infrastructure project coordination
- Vendor coordination and follow-up management
- Ticketing or workflow system experience, preferably Salesforce
