When you join our Hotels team, that s exactly what you ll do every time you come to work You will support the Chief Engineer / Assistant Chief Engineer in ensuring the smooth operation of all engineering functions, including hotel systems, plant and equipment, team management, sub-contractors, and maintenance of property structure and assets. As an Engineering Executive , you re not just overseeing the daily operations of physical building and systems maintenance and repairs - you re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing/Gas Fitter trade-qualified advantageous
- Must have sound general Engineering knowledge and trade background
- At least 5 years in a Service Technician position or similar position with working experience in a 5-star hotel.

Here s what you ll do during a typical day:
- Ensure facility safety and compliance: Support the maintenance of the hotel s buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Supervise maintenance operations: Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of completed work in the property management system.
- Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise
