Position Overview
As an RPA Senior Consultant, youll lead full-cycle automation implementations, ensure architectural quality, mentor junior colleagues, and manage stakeholder expectations. Your role encompasses strategic delivery, governance, and post-deployment excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end RPA projects, from analysis and design to implementation, governance, deployment, and operations.
Design automation solutions with scalability, integration, and maintainability in mind; define coding standards and architecture.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, and clients to shape automation roadmaps.
Mentor and guide junior consultants in development best practices and knowledge transfer.
Oversee live bot operations, monitor performance, establish escalation protocols, and manage support workflows.
Champion adoption of UiPath / Power Automate, scripting (e.g., Python, VB.NET),



and automation best practices.

Qualifications
Degree (Bachelor s or Master s) in relevant discipline.
4+ years delivering RPA projects using major platforms; experience with scripting, systems integration, and infrastructure.
Proficient with RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate.
UiPath Automation Developer Skilled/UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Strategic thinker with a focus on governance, standards, and continuous improvement.
