About Smart Buddy Card

Smart Buddy Card is a local business and customer benefits platform that connects customers with partner businesses and exclusive offers.

We are expanding our business network in Vadodara and are looking for motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses and meet business owners.
- Introduce Smart Buddy Card and explain its advantages.
- Identify and onboard new business partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners.
- Follow up with interested businesses and close sales.
- Help business partners understand how they can sell Smart Buddy Cards to their customers.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales and business onboarding reports.
- Share market feedback and new business opportunities with the team.

Target

Our initial target is:
- Minimum 2 businesses per day




- Minimum 3 card sales per business
- Approx. 6 successful card sales per day

Higher performance can lead to higher earnings.

Earning

This is a performance-based opportunity.

You can earn ₹100 per successful card sale.

Example earning potential:
- 3 cards/day → Approx. ₹7,800/month
- 6 cards/day → Approx. ₹15,600/month
- 10 cards/day → Approx. ₹26,000/month
- 15 cards/day → Approx. ₹39,000/month

*Earnings depend on actual sales performance. The above examples are based on 26 working days.*

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development or merchant acquisition is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field work.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge
