Primary Goal: Optimize the order-to-delivery pipeline for high-volume paper products (e.g., reels, sheets, corrugated boards, packaging materials) while ensuring mill production schedules align with client timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Industrial Specification Tracking
- Technical Order Validation: Process high-volume bulk purchase orders, carefully verifying technical paper specifications like basis weight (GSM), brightness, reel width, coating, and grade.
- ERP System Maintenance: Input and track order data within specialized industrial ERP platforms to manage paper manufacturing queues.
- Custom Quotations: Calculate custom B2B pricing based on tonnage, volume discounts, raw pulp surcharges, and freight costs.

- Production Liaising: Coordinate daily with mill managers and production planners to check stock availability and prioritize machine runs for urgent client orders.
