We’re looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join the Defence Garden team and lead our real estate sales operations.

Role: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Handle property enquiries, site visits and client meetings
- Convert qualified leads into bookings
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Follow up and negotiate with prospective buyers
- Monitor team performance, lead pipeline and conversions
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Coordinate with management on pricing, offers and sales campaigns

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team-management ability




- Target-oriented and disciplined approach
- Good understanding of the local real estate market
- Experience in real estate/property sales preferred
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking
