Role & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition - Sourcing candidate profiles and explore various avenues of sources
- Strong in HR round of Interviews and assessing the Candidate comprehensively
- Good in Analysis and preparation of HR Policy and its effective implementation.
- Day to day HR Operations from Hire to Retire - Joining formalities, On boarding, employee grievances, resignation, exit formalities etc.,
- Employee motivation programme and handling seminars and training
Admin Activities
- Employee related admin activities
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ Yrs experience candidate in End to End HR General & Recruitment role
- Expertise in Policy Drafting, procedures.
- Experience in any CRM/PMS
- Data management
- Motivating and inspiring. Also induce positive environment
Perks and perks
CTC upto 6 Lakhs. Salary not a constraint for right candidate
