About Us

We are a diversified group based out of Kolkata with operations spanning PU synthetic leather product manufacturing and trading and large-format printing. As we scale production and open new units, we're building out our HR function and looking for someone who can own it end-to-end.

About the Role

We're hiring an HR & Hiring Manager to build and run the people function across our units — from shop-floor hiring to policy, compliance, and performance management. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role: you'll be the first dedicated HR hire, working directly with leadership to set up systems as we grow rather than stepping into an established department.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to

Hiring & Recruitment
- Own end-to-end recruitment across corporate, supervisory, and shop-floor roles — from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offers
- Build a reliable pipeline for factory/warehouse labor (skilled and unskilled)



as new units come online
- Work with unit heads to define role requirements and hiring timelines

HR Operations & Compliance
- Set up and manage onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit processes
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, factory act requirements) across all sites
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation across Kolkata and other unit locations

People Management
- Design and roll out basic HR policies (leave, code of conduct, grievance handling) where they don't yet exist

Reporting
- Maintain headcount, attrition, and hiring trackers for management review
- Flag staffing gaps or risks proactively to leadership

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 3–7 years of HR experience, with meaningful exposure to recruitment in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Working knowledge of labor law compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, contract labor
