Job Description
Job Summary –
Overall 2+ years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Banking and capital markets such as Assets & Fund services, Fund Accounting, Derivatives pricing, Cash Reconciliation, Trade operations, Trade settlements, Trade reconciliation etc.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage team effectively and become a successful interface between the team and internal/external customers and/or company
- Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
- Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
- Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
- Should manage daily client meetings

Process Requirement
- Valid Passport
- Graduation
- Shift – Night (Adaptable)
- 4-7 years overall exp and minimum 2 years of Team handling experience
- Domain – Should have in-depth knowledge (Knowledge in Banking and Capital markets will be an added advantage)

- Personal Interview by panelists
- Final Round with PDH
