Job Summary

Requirements

- Strong understanding of workforce compliance and downstream impacts




- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling production issues, enhancements, and client queries in a structured support environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders
- Ability to work in dynamic global delivery environments with flexible timings
