Designation: Group Leader - GA Shop Maintenance (Operational Technology)

Office Location: Halol

Position description:
- To look after VehicleAssembly Shop/ Battery Assembly Shop/ EDU-CCU Assembly shop process equipment trouble free working, equipment upkeeping and breakdown repair.
- Should be well conversantwith Vehicle Assembly Shop installation base and their functionality.
- Will beresponsible to ensure the availability of process equipment as deliverable forGA (General Assembly - TCF) Maintenance.
- Carry out continualimprovement to improve the equipment delivery and quality performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling GA Shop shift independently. Equipment Trouble-shooting and counter measure closure.
- Responsible to achieve departmental KPIs Uptime, Spare parts, Skillset, PM .
- Manpower Training Engineers Associates on the critical skills for effective performance on shop floor.

Educational qualifications preferred




- Field specialization: Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Computers
- Degree: BE/BTech

Required work experience
- Industry: OEM Only
- Years of experience: 8-15 Years

Required Skills:
- PLC Allen-Bradley, Siemens. VFD Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley. HMI Siemens, Allen-Bradley. Networking Ethernet, IO-Link, DeviceNet.
- Modify/developPLC Program, Software codes/queries and HMI Screens.
- Shouldbe a valuable communicator with good interpersonal skills.
