- Define enterprise architecture and solution strategy for large-scale Pega implementations.
- Lead application architecture, solution design, and technical governance across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead Customer Service (CS) implementation initiatives using the Pega Platform.
- Establish architectural standards, coding practices, and governance frameworks aligned with Pega Guardrails.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design assessments to ensure delivery quality.
- Mentor Lead Architects, Senior System Architects, developers, and technical teams, fostering engineering excellence.
- Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and resolve complex architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience
