Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Embryologist with hands-on experience in IVF/ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation to join our dynamic fertility team.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced embryology andrology procedures including IVF, ICSI, fertilization checks, and embryo culture
- Handle diagnostic semen analysis, preparation for treatment, and maintain optimal gamete viability
- Expertise in cryopreservation of gametes, embryos, and culture dish/media preparation
- Execute specialized procedures such as OPU, denudation, assisted hatching (laser), embryo transfer, and (optional) embryo biopsy (PGS/PGD)
- Monitor embryo development, grading, and selection for transfer/freezing with high accuracy
- Maintain laboratory quality standards, SOP compliance, equipment upkeep, and microbial monitoring
- Contribute to lab planning, reporting, audits, and achieving KPIs with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with patients, and ensure regulatory documentation consent




- Drive continuous improvement, quality control, and participate in research innovation initiatives
- Foster a positive work workplace, engage in professional development, and stay updated with latest ART advancements
Requirements
- Candidate must have a postgraduate degree in M.Sc. Embryology
- Candidate should have patient-centric approach to work, keeping patient needs at priority
- Should have in-depth knowledge of terminology used in the Embryology/Andrology Lab
- With high technical proficiency in related clinical procedures/treatments
- Should be proficient in IVF laboratory tasks as evidenced by documented clinical outcomes and KPIs
