Responsibilities
- License Renewal Statutory Obligations : Maintain all mandatory license for respective centers provide support to Zonal Heads and Unit Managers to ensure the timely renewal of all center licenses and statutory compliances.
- Repairs, Maintenance Documentation : Ensure proper maintenance of all center equipment and machinery, such as DG, UPS, RO, Sonography Machine, AC, etc., including timely renewal and monitoring of AMCs for each, Also timely submission of all vendor invoices follow up for payment, Ensure the centers Ambience and overall hygiene are well-maintained at all times, Upkeep the Fire equipment at your respective centers and maintain fire related documents eg. Fire Noc, Form B, Form A etc.
- HIS Management : Ensure strict confidentiality of ART Bank records and adherence to established policies, Coordinate effectively with the travel facilitator for all related arrangements, Verify that all required documents, as per SOP, are completed prior to any pickup, Maintain proper documentation, consent forms,



and eligibility records for donor selection and subsequent procedures, Coordinate in a timely manner with the ART Bank Accounts Team regarding facilitation charges for travel facilitators, Ensure timely data entry of all ANC details and scan uploads in the HIS system, Ensure all required documents, as per SOP, are completed prior to patient/donor pickup.
- Centre Operation : Coordinate as the HR SPOC for the center, managing joining formalities, transfers, employee records, and other HR-related activities, Facilitate cross-functional coordination with departments such as Marketing, IT, B2B Sales, etc, Oversee daily center operations, ensuring proper upkeep, hygiene, and smooth execution of all administrative activities.
- Clinical Compliance : Ensure that all clinical compliances at the center are maintained in accordance with QAI/RTAC audit standards, Quarterly activities such as mock drills, water testing, safety committee meetings, etc.,
