Job Purpose: The job purpose for a Shift Engineer - Cluster - Wafer - IW Maintenance in IW Maintenance in solar manufacturing is to ensure the effective operation of wafer production processes, uphold quality standards, minimize downtime, and enforce safety protocols,



thereby supporting continuous and reliable production of wafers essential for solar panel manufacturing.

Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/ Diploma - Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
- Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech

Work Experience (Range of years):
- Min 2 - 5 years of experience in Managing daily shift maintenance of machines, along with safety of the machines and team members.

Certification:

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
- Maintain wafer production equipment to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime. Attend to equipment breakdown and manage maintenance related downtime within targets. Execute preventive predictive maintenance plan.

Shift Operations Management:
- Manage shift operations to meet production targets and schedules for wafer manufacturing.

CAPA Implementation:
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as part of continuous improvement initiatives to address issues
