Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Have experience in Aluminum form casting or My 1 .
- Assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and report on their status.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical advice and support to site workers and contractors.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify any issues or defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other site personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and reports.
- Prepare progress reports and document changes to plans or specifications.
- Liaise with clients, architects,



and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate communication between various teams and departments.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency in office.
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure that costs are kept within the allocated budget.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and site workers.
- Stay updated with the latest construction techniques and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Typically requires a degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software and tools.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams and manage conflicts effectively.
