Job Title: Platform Engineering Engineer III

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days work From Office)

Position Description:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of software development experience and multicloud architecture experience (Sales/Service and Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with Trigger, Apex, Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, and managed packages, and solid hands-on experience in development practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including creating Salesforce flows, entry-criteria/profiles, and data migrations
- Demonstrated ability to create flows, modify objects,



create custom objects, write Apex, triggers and integrate API services using an IDE/VisualSourceCode/Codebuilder.
- Demonstrated understanding of differing integration patterns.
- Hands on experience with Omni Script, Flex card UI framework, Data raptor Extract/Load/Transform and Integration procedure.
- Design and develop complex integrations between Vlocity and external systems, including CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Leverage Vlocity Integration tools, such as DataRaptor and Vlocity Connect, to build robust and efficient data exchange mechanisms.
- Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation processes for seamless data flow between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
