Planning and execution of hyperlocal campaigns, ensuring dealer alignment for local market impact.

?

Study competition strategy and counter ideas along with Market Intelligence data

?

Tracking Competition Space Market Intelligence

?

Study Weak Signals in Markets and drive Initiatives to support field in volume market share growth.

?

Support in Driving Product Launches and manage Sales Launch Execution for New Products

?

Current Business Model Implementation, implement policy initiatives for efficient channel and dealer management.

Micro Market Strategy etc.

Develop commercial strategy to increase volume , conversion , lead planning exercise
