Job Summary

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record of selling both IT products and IT services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of independently owning the sales cycle end-to-end - from lead generation to long-term client engagement, while working across international time zones.

This is a high-growth role: as the business scales, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of their own.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IT products and IT services across international markets (US, UK, Australia).
- Take full ownership of each prospect; the role goes beyond lead generation and requires nurturing every prospect through the sales cycle until it converts into a long-term client engagement.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: outreach, discovery calls, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.




- Conduct high-volume telephonic sales calls with prospects and clients as a primary mode of outreach and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as their trusted point of contact well beyond the initial sale.
- Understand client requirements and effectively position AQB Solutions service/product offerings as the right fit.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding post-sale.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
- Represent AQB Solutions professionally in all client-facing communications, calls, and virtual meetings.
