Application Support & Production Operations
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Wealth Management and Capital Markets applications, ensuring maximum availability and compliance with SLAs.
- Take ownership of critical production incidents, make timely operational decisions under pressure, lead major incident resolution, and drive service restoration with minimal business impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during production incidents, providing transparent status updates, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
- Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes to improve operational stability.
- Support and troubleshoot Oracle databases, SQL/PLSQL, Java/J2EE applications, Linux servers, and enterprise middleware in production.
- Manage and support REST APIs, Web Services, ETL processes, and Managed File Transfer (MFT/DIS) to ensure reliable data integration and seamless interoperability across enterprise systems.
- Execute production deployments, release validations, change requests, and post-implementation support while adhering to ITIL change management processes.
- Monitor application health using observability and monitoring tools, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks, capacity issues, and system anomalies.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, DevOps practices, AI-assisted operational tools, and continuous service improvements to reduce manual effort and MTTR.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve complex production issues while maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, disaster recovery procedures, and compliance with security, audit, and operational resilience requirements.
