About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Corporate Office Interiors, Commercial Fit-Outs, Turnkey Projects, Interior Contracting, or Design & Build.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, managing the complete sales pipeline, and converting qualified leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Corporate Office Interiors, Commercial Fit-Outs, and Turnkey Projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, architects, consultants, PMCs,



project management firms, and real estate professionals.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, references, industry connections, market research, and other business development channels.
- Identify upcoming corporate and commercial interior projects and proactively pursue new opportunities.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, site visits, and project discussions.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Execution teams to understand and fulfill client requirements.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, proposals, commercial offers, BOQs, and project submissions.
- Handle commercial discussions and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, lead database, and follow-up schedule.
- Manage the complete business development cycle — from lead generation to project closure.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
