The Senior Director, AI, Data & Solutions will provide strategic leadership for Regenerons enterprise AI, Data, and Digital Solutions organization. This role will be responsible for shaping and implementing the enterprise AI and data strategy, building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering entrepreneurial AI, analytics, and digital solutions that create measurable business and scientific value.

This position requires robust enterprise technology leadership, deep AI/ML and data platform expertise, experience with cloud-native architecture, and the ability to partner with executive stakeholders to drive responsible, scalable, and secure adoption of AI and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI, Machine Learning, and Data strategy aligned with enterprise priorities across research,



development, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions.
- Serve as an enterprise leader and advocate for AI, analytics, and advanced digital solutions, translating emerging technologies into measurable business and scientific outcomes.
- Accelerate the adoption of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced computational capabilities to support scientific discovery, clinical development, and operational excellence.
- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native AI and data platforms that enable self-service analytics, governed data access, and rapid deployment of AI solutions.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape technology and business strategy while providing trusted guidance on AI and data investments.
- Lead executive communications, strategic briefings, and governance forums that provide insights into portfolio performance, business impact, and future opportunities.
