About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and drive IT and Pharma Hiring initiatives for our US staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing effective recruitment strategies, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering high-volume hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team workplace to maximize productivity and engagement.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT and Pharma hiring requirements across multiple domains.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and clients to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.




- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while ensuring quality and turnaround time expectations are met.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and database mining to identify suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, team performance, and hiring progress to ensure delivery against targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and recruitment best practices.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, performance dashboards, and hiring updates to senior management.
