We’re looking for a responsible, confident and patient-focused professional to join our growing team as a Clinic Manager & Treatment Coordinator.

This is more than a front-desk role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the patient journey, treatment coordination and day-to-day clinic operations and grow into a leadership position with us.

- TMD Management
- Digital Dentistry
- CBCT & Intraoral Scanning
- Advanced patient-care protocols

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience

* Manage the complete patient journey from enquiry to treatment completion

* Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed and cared for

* Handle patient concerns professionally

* Coordinate appointments and follow-ups





Treatment Coordination

* Explain treatment plans after doctor’s consultation

* Coordinate high-value treatment cases

* Follow up on pending treatment plans

* Communicate treatment estimates and payment options

* Improve treatment acceptance through ethical, patient-centric communication

Clinic Operations

* Coordinate doctors, reception and dental assistants

* Conduct/coordinate daily morning huddles

* Monitor daily schedules and patient flow

* Ensure SOPs and clinic protocols are followed

* Coordinate with dental laboratories and vendors

* Maintain daily operational reports

Team Coordination

* Track completion of daily responsibilities

* Identify operational gaps

* Support a positive and accountable team culture

* Escalate key issues appropriately
