The Search House, a well-established Executive Search, Recruitment, and Staffing firm, is looking for smart, energetic female professionals for its Ulsoor Road office in Bengaluru to support recruitment operations and client delivery.

Job Role

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, and back-office process management within a professional recruitment consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant candidate profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate validation
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates for feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities
- Maintain candidate records, trackers, recruitment MIS, and database updates
- Post job openings on portals and manage candidate applications
- Support recruitment consultants in closing positions efficiently




- Handle day-to-day recruitment process coordination and backend operations

Desired Candidate Profile
- Female candidates preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment / HR / back office / telecalling / process coordination
- Maximum experience No bar
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with telephonic interaction and regular follow-ups
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Email, Internet, and job portals
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy / placement firm will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude, organized working style, and target orientation

Compensation

20,000 – 25,000 per month (Fixed Salary) + Attractive Performance Incentives
