Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective housekeeping training programs for hotel staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to resolve issues related to room availability, guest complaints, or equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 5-18 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
- Proven track record in developing effective training programs for teams.
- Excellent team management skills with ability to motivate employees.
