Role & responsibilities

Corporate Relations & Empanelment
- Visit corporate offices, PSUs, and government departments to pitch hospital services and secure current empanelment's.
- Maintain regular contact with empaneled clients, TPAs, and insurance companies to resolve billing or service issues.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new corporate accounts and update the hospitals internal database.

Referral Marketing & Doctor Engagement
- Field-visit local clinics and general practitioners to establish a strong patient referral network.
- Track referral patterns and regularly share feedback from external doctors with the hospital administration.

Outreach Camps & Events
- Plan, organize, and execute free health check-up camps, diagnostic drives, and awareness seminars in target areas.
- Coordinate with internal doctors, nursing staff, and logistics teams to ensure smooth camp operations.
- Collect and maintain data from outreach camps to track patient conversions and hospital admissions.
