We are looking for an experienced
Group Product Manager
with 8-18 years of experience to lead product strategy, execution, and growth across a portfolio of enterprise products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
pre-sales, ERP/CRM platforms, product management, and enterprise technology
, with the ability to work closely with customers, sales teams, engineering, and business leadership.

This role requires a strategic product leader who can translate complex customer and business requirements into scalable product solutions, influence product roadmaps, and drive adoption and commercial success.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise products
- Lead product discovery by understanding customer needs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and business priorities




- Partner closely with pre-sales and sales teams to understand customer requirements, support solution positioning, and participate in enterprise customer discussions and product demonstrations
- Translate customer challenges into clear product requirements, use cases, business cases, and actionable product roadmaps
- Drive product strategy for ERP/CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise workflows, integrations, automation, reporting, and customer experience requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, implementation, customer success, and business teams to deliver high-quality products
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and release priorities
- Manage multiple products or product lines, balancing strategic initiatives with tactical customer and business requirements
- Establish product KPIs and analyze adoption, engagement, revenue, retention, and customer feedback
