About the Role

SRJ Construction is looking for a motivated Government Tendering & Procurement Intern to assist our team in identifying and participating in government tenders through GeM, IREPS and other e-procurement portals.

This internship is ideal for B.Com, BBA, MBA (Operations/Procurement/Supply Chain) students or graduates who want practical experience in government procurement, tendering, bidding and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government tenders on GeM, IREPS and other e-tender portals
- Monitor new tenders, deadlines, corrigendums and bid updates
- Study tender documents and prepare basic eligibility summaries
- Check requirements related to turnover, experience, GST, EMD, documents and technical eligibility
- Assist in preparing and organizing tender/bid documents




- Assist with online bid submission and tender-related documentation
- Maintain a database of shortlisted and submitted tenders
- Track tender status, technical qualification, financial bids and results
- Assist in preparing BOQ, quotations and commercial information
- Coordinate internally to collect required documents for tender submission
- Maintain proper records of submitted bids and significant deadlines
- Research government procurement opportunities relevant to construction and civil works
