Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and performance-driven Creative Content & Social Media Lead to join a North American agency and take ownership of social media content, creative asset production, community growth, and organic brand building for technology, SaaS, and service-based businesses.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a product or service from the customer's perspective, identify the problems it solves and the pain points it addresses, and translate those insights into compelling social media content, videos, graphics, Reddit posts, and paid ad creatives that drive engagement and growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, create independently, use AI and creative tools effectively, analyze content performance, and continuously improve the content strategy based on real audience and performance data.

This is not a role where you simply create briefs and coordinate with designers. You will personally ideate, write, design, create, publish, analyze, and improve content.





A critical part of this role is being able to understand a product from the customer's perspective. You should be able to take a software product, SaaS platform, or service and translate its features into the problems it solves, the pain points customers experience, the outcomes they want, and the reasons they should care.

We are not looking for someone who simply posts product features. We want someone who can understand the customer deeply enough to develop content around their questions, frustrations, objections, aspirations, use cases, and real-world problems.

You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to execution, whether that means creating a static post in Canva, producing a short-form video using tools such as HeyGen, writing a Reddit post, developing a Meta ad creative, writing the accompanying copy, publishing the content, and then analyzing its performance.
