Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Oracle RMB Application Developer
with robust hands-on expertise in
Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF, SQL and PL/SQL
. The candidate will be responsible for application development, enhancement, integration, testing and production support, while working closely with Business Analysts, developers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications and use cases in collaboration with Business Analysts.
- Design and develop application modules aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain applications using
Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
.
- Work on
Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB/RMB)
applications and related business processes.
- Develop and maintain
SQL and PL/SQL
programs, procedures and application components.
- Prepare technical design documents, technical specifications,



migration instructions and unit test documentation.
- Perform unit, integration and regression testing and maintain appropriate test evidence.
- Provide technical support during QA and regression testing cycles.
- Support application deployment and provide knowledge transfer to
AES/DBA teams
.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore stakeholders across different time zones.
- Support application enhancements, product development and process improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
- Maintain source code and technical documentation as per established standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other developers/team members.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of overall application development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead/Technical Lead capacity.
