Venue : "Solar" House, 14, Kachimet, Amravati Road, Nagpur 23

Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Plant Management: Oversee and handle production operations for more than one plant simultaneously.
- Manpower Allocation: Manage and allocate manpower across various plants in multiple shifts.
- Knowledge of crystallization, DCS and chemicals etc.
- Inventory & Planning: Check and ensure material readiness for uninterrupted production.
- Monitoring: Regularly review the Track & Trace system for all assigned plants.
- Reporting: Communicate real-time production status and updates to senior managers.
- Logistics Coordination:



Ensure the final product is packed after rigorous quality checks and coordinate with the transport department for dispatch.
- Safety & Process: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and drive continuous process improvements.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the execution of 5S, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies in respective production plants.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee sampling processes and coordinate with the QC team for final reports

Qualification :

1. Bsc./ Msc./ Diploma-Chemical Preferred

2. BE-Chemical
