About the Role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Executive to join our pre-sales and business development team. The role involves generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, identifying potential prospects, understanding their requirements, and creating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls and cold calling to target prospects and potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective prospecting and pre-sales activities.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant products/services effectively.
- Identify decision-makers and create new business opportunities.
- Achieve assignedtargets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales funnel.




- Schedule appointments/demos for the sales team wherever applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track individual performance against assigned KPIs and targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships with prospects.
- Continuously improve calling techniques, objection handling, and lead-conversion skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, pre-sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
