we're building a performance marketing function that can compete with the best agencies in the

business.

The Role

This is primarily a paid media role. You'll own performance campaigns end to end, from strategy to

execution to optimization, with MarTech, automation, and lifecycle marketing as supporting scope rather

than co-equal responsibilities. We're looking for someone who has genuinely run budgets at scale,

knows when to trust an algorithm and when to override it, and has used AI tools in live campaigns with

measurable results to show for it, not just familiarity with the tools.





This role is built for someone who wants to grow into a paid media leadership seat as AIM scales 3x

over the next three years.

Core Responsibilities (Primary Scope)

Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen), LinkedIn Ads,

Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic/DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360)
- Manage real budget ownership with full accountability for CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution,

not just CTR/CPC
- Use AI-assisted bidding and creative tools (Smart Bidding, Meta Advantage+, generative ad copy

tools) with informed judgment on when automation helps and when it needs manual override
- Build and execute B2B-specific paid strategies: ABM-aligned campaigns, intent-based targeting,

and CRM-to-ad-platform audience syncs for account-based marketing
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs,
