Responsibilities :
- Prepare and post recurring and ad-hoc journal entries, ensuring proper supporting documents and accurate accounting.
- Handle monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations for inventory, prepaid expenses, accruals, advertising funds, and other accounts.
- Investigate and explicit reconciliation differences and aged open items within the required timelines.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure all accounting entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics such as sales, food cost, labour cost, EBITDA, and store profitability.
- Handle Fixed Asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and support for lease accounting activities.
- Perform cash, receivables, and deposit reconciliations and maintain relevant Balance Sheet schedules.
- Support accounting activities for new store openings, remodels, relocations, and closures, including pre-opening and closure-related expenses.
