Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support and lead electrical execution activities for utility-scale Solar EPC and BESS projects at Thennampatti, Tamil Nadu. The role involves managing installation, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and grid requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in solar and/or BESS electrical systems, hands-on site execution experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including project management teams, contractors, OEMs, and utility authorities. The role requires solid leadership, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes within timelines.





Key Roles Responsibilites;

1. Electrical Project Execution
- Lead and support execution of electrical works in Solar EPC and BESS projects.
- Oversee installation of PV systems, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, and BESS-related electrical systems.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth site progress.

2. Testing Commissioning Support
- Assist in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure proper testing of cables, transformers, inverters, protection systems, and switchyard equipment.
- Support grid synchronization activities in coordination with DISCOM and authorities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning phases.

3. Engineering Technical Support
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs,
