TEAM LEADER – VESSEL SCHEDULING Location: Mumbai, Thane Experience: 6–10 Years CTC Offered: Upto 15 Lacs Industry: Container Shipping / Liner Shipping / Maritime Logistics Role: Team Leader – Vessel Scheduling We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead vessel scheduling operations supporting a global liner network.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and allocate daily vessel scheduling activities across the team - Manage vessel schedules, voyage creation, port rotations and schedule actualization - Monitor ETB/ETD updates, cut-off amendments, berth schedules, omitted ports and blank sailings - Ensure schedule accuracy, SLA adherence, productivity and quality - Oversee vessel, port, terminal, berth and service-string master data - Handle schedule discrepancies, system issues and operational escalations - Coordinate with global Network & Execution, Network & Cooperation, Cargo Operations and Trade Management teams - Drive SOP governance, process improvement and automation initiatives - Coach, mentor and develop team members - Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports Must-Have Skills:
