Role Description The Team Leader –

- VDFO is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the VDFO team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services and adherence to firm policies and quality standards. The role involves assigning and monitoring tasks, reviewing work outputs, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with senior leadership to implement process improvements.

The Team

Leader will mentor team members, facilitate training, support performance management,



and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The position also requires regular communication with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, clients to clarify requirements and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, senior leadership, and clients.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to review work outputs, identify issues, and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic technology platforms used in professional services environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a professional services, consulting, or financial setting is preferred.
- Commitment to ethical practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured yet people-centric organization.
